We want you to love your new bedding and bath essentials, which is why we offer a 100-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items like pillows and duvets can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
